The Path to the Temple

When you arrive by bus or taxi at Pomosa, you will find yourself at a small parking lot with lots of souveneir and snack stands. If you follow the signs and head uphill you will find an entrance gate where you can pay the 500 won entrance fee and get a ticket. Then you will head up this path for several hundred yards toward the temple compound. Along the way you will notice many engraved stones and stone stele with inscriptions. Eventually you will find yourself at the temple's first gate.
