This building was completely rebuilt in 1999-2000, but is still used by the Buddhist youth organization and for worship services.
Records show that a building called the Haehaengdang was originally built in 1613, but the date of this particular building is unknown for certain. It is probably of late Chosun construction. It houses administrative offices for a Buddhist youth organization and other organizations for the Buddhist lay community.
